I was extremely pleasantly surprised. I took my niece there to eat because she wanted a gyro. I am not really fond of gyros, ... just isn't my kinda of food. I ordered a wrap, it was awesome. I highly recommend trying this place. Also the have anexcellent guarantee. Read more

Waaay expensive! Especially for the tiny amount of food you get. Plus the food and sauces are very bland. Probably the worse... tzatziki sauce I have had. Just very runny plain yogurt and big chunks of cucumber in it. The rice bowl consisted of one smallscoop of rice, one very small scoop of cold chicken chunks. You could add veggies but for $10.00 could I get a bit more rice andchicken? The gyro was over $9.00 just for the sandwich. These prices do NOT include any sides whatsoever. So for one small bowland 2 gyros it was $30.00. And again no flavor in any of it. Gyro meat is not hand carved off of the spit fresh it is dark driedout strips of meat soaking in liquid. I would not recommend and I will not be returning. Photo is of rice bowl and as you cansee the contents do not even reach around the entire bottom of dish the portions are so small. EDIT (2021)* SIMPLE GREEK WAS ACQUIRED BY GARBANZO Simple Greek was five stars hands down. Fantastic employees, good quality... and fresh food, reasonable prices, and a reliable experience. In my opinion, Garbanzo is a four-step down cheap imitation ofSimple Greek. Nearly everything is evidently pre-made, pre-canned, frozen, etc. While placing my order I was nervous about thefreshness of even the evidently prepackaged ingredients like the falafel, pickled red onion, and olives. Even the cucumber andtomato salad was obviously not freshly made even from my side of the counter. This was such a disappointing experience given thequality of the food being served. Additionally, there are some very confusing themes for food pairing going on. I was notexpecting tumeric rice as the only rice option, spicy chopped cilantro sauce, and flavorless baba ganoush. Which by the way, howdoes baba ganoush ever lack flavor? I am extremely sad to see Simple Greek no longer in operations and replaced with this cheapimitation at the same price point. Shame on someone... Will not be back to say the least... The food literally look depressedand it was as if the life had been sucked out of this restaurant. Fresh, fast, and tasty! We were visiting the nearby mall and wanted to try something different. We are glad we did. My boyfriend... and I both got bowls that were served w warmed pita. Both the gyro and chicken gyro meat were tasty, the warm toppings of lemonpotatoes and garlic green beans were seasoned well, the cold toppings were all fresh and plentiful. We tried the greek dressingand the tsaziki-both were good . We are looking forward to visiting again in the future. Read more

Simple Greek is a good concept like a Subway or Chipotle where here you pick either a gyro wrap or bowl adding toppings as you... desire. Pick your Gyro meat, gyro chicken or grilled chicken, lentils, falafel and every topping and additional items that aremore varied than those places mentioned along with sauces as desired. 8-10 inch warm pita for 6.95, bowls 7.45-8.95. I had boththe traditional meat gyro and a gyro chicken gyro. Basic gyro log of meat while the chicken is a mix of dark/white meat both onvertical broilers. Meat tastes basically like all other gyro places while the chicken gyro meat is more like what is sold in theMiddle East and most quick service gyro places around here don?t have. The big difference here is in the variety of toppings.Only thing I felt could be better was to have more freshly sliced meats. Mine were somewhat dry and seemed to have been in thebin for a while. By the time you make yours, it could be simple or so big with toppings you can?t close it. Well worth the pricefor the gyro wrap. Didn?t try the bowls. For those who have lived in Saudi Arabia, as I have, get the chicken gyro meat, havethem add the required fries, garlic sauce and pickled onions. It is as close as it can be to the ?standard? Saudi shawarmaavailable everywhere in the Kingdom, except they don?t have the pink pickled turnips on them! Might have to pay a little morefor the additional fries. Sides a bit expensive for what you get with 6oz hummus cup at 2.95. Like a single serve yogurt cup.The menu is not big having only 20 items including drinks and sweets, the star being the gyro or gyro bowl. Didn?t try any sidesor fries. Maybe next time. The food is really good here. Set up almost the same way chipotle is, it was my first time going and the girls behind the... counter helped me out. I got the greek frys (A MUST HAVE!) (And it's a good idea to tell them u want the frys b4 u start makingur bowl so they r done the same time and u dont have to wait.) Gyro bowl and my husband and I shared the baklava cheesecake(OMFG). I would of taken a photo but it all looked so good and I was so excited to try it because I watched Marcus relaunch theoriginal Simple Greek on his show, that I forgot to take the pic. But I will definitely be back and will try to remember nexttime lol. Highly suggest this place!???????????????? UPDATE Went again around lunch time, and everything was great again!
