I worked there and they steal from people who pay cash and void it out!! The managers also will add things to ur tickets to make... it seem like it's ur fault. Very terrible place please don't go there. They make u wait 2_3 weeks for a pay and then u don'teven get on!! The owner stays drinking while working also and so do the cooks. The only reason to come here is for the frozen margaritas as the food was absolutely horrible. I ordered the fajita quesadilla... to share with my husband and it didn't have any flavor, the rice was bland, and it also came with a mound of lettuce with aslight dusting of sour cream and a few tomatoes. The refried beans were just taking up space on the plate and added zero valueto the meal. I always order this same dish at two other Mexican restaurants in the area and they are both 10x's better than whatI was served here. The service was also lacking as they only had one person seating, taking orders, making drinks, and servingfood on a very busy Saturday night. Update, 5/15/21: Completely different experience. Understaffed (seemed to be only 2 employees in the place) and utterly... disappointing service. I even walked our empty tortilla chip baskets up to the bar, asking for more and was met with a blankstare. I don't get it. We made a reservation for our large group three days ago. What happened here?? Our food was good. Butas we sit here into our second hour of being here, we are still waiting for our checks. Don't think we'll be back. July 2020: Our group was SO happy to find this restaurant. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the margarita special was anice surprise. We will definitely be back whenever we're at Nelson ledges race course for an event. Our large group was handledeasily by the attentive servers. The vegans in our group were impressed with the flavor of the vegetable fajitas. One of us gotthe chicken and rice special recommended by the staff and was not disappointed. The food at this place is delicious! Featuring all of the standard nontraditional Mexican-American favorites we all know and... love but done with attention to detail and care.
