I would definitely give this place and zero stars if I could they messed up my order not once but twice and I believe it was the... general manager that was serving me. was very disrespectful and rude and this place is going down the hill customer service isthe worse. i even called back to asked to speak to a manager about the situation and they hung up on me. We ordered and went through the drive-thru and this is one of the first McDonald's that I've seen in a long time that moves... their people up to the other area when their food is going to take a little bit longer. The drive-thru fully emptied before theyactually finally brought our food out and handed it to us. The nightshift white kinda slow manager is scheming. It's a 24 hour drive thru. But the last 6 times she said we dont have any... food, around 3:30am .excuse me .another time lights were turnt off by menu screen.i ask what happened she said I'm glad cuss itmakes folks think were closed..lazy is not suitable. You applied for McDonald's position stating you will be honest and bringintegrity. But yet sloppy liars..6 times unacceptable. Great service, clean, friendly staff and it being open 24 hours is always a huge plus
I had a terrible experience here, waited in line for at least 25 minutes and ordered a dinner box with extra pickles and onions... and two large drinks. We got our order, and there was a nugget with skin missing, and our drinks were literally warm even thoughthey had ice in them. Then, our big mac patty was literally ripped apart or stomped on, and with covid going on, it looks likethey tore it apart with their hands and put less meat on the sandwich. I have photos, will try to add them. My cheeseburgerpatties were thrown on and the cheese wasn?t even positioned right, and the pickles were thrown to the side. Absolutely terrible location. Intentionally messed up order as I was the only one in the drive thru, the order appeared right on... screen. I asked for no pickle add cheese and ketchup and I get pickles and mayo on my sandwich.. night crew is absolutely theworst. also as the drive thru window open I was immediately hit with the smell of cigarettes..turned my stomach. Never goinghere again. I used to work at a McDonald's its not that hard. If you hate your job that much work somewhere else don'tintentionally screw with people's food that they pay for because your not happy.
