Ordered at 7:25 November 17th, was told it was ready for pickup by the app at 7:35. Get there and the pizza isn't ready, the... place is empty and they took forever to even speak to me. Had to wait more than 10 minutes just to leave with the pizza. When weget home the extra cheese & extra sauce pizza ordered is just a plain cheese with nothing extra. The only reason this got twostars is because their normal pizza is still decent. Still no excuse for such poor service. Shop at a different location if youwant a possibly better experience. Read more

Haven't had them in a few years, forgot they can actually make a decent pizza. The guy who works there was awesome too. Found me... a decent discount that I didn't know about. Deserves a raise and or promotion for his customer service alone. Read more
Just ordered 3 pizzas. One of which came with no sauce on it and, when I called to ask to have my pizza replaced I was told "no... man.. I put the sauce on on that pizza myself." I said fine I'll speak with your manager and, he said " I am the manager and,there is nothing we can do for you..... Read more
Call to order takeout and got someone from a third world country who refused to tell me where he was even located had to be put... on hold three times once so he could make my order for me a second time so that he could tell them that that was all I wantedand a third time to give me the price and a fourth time so he could tell me how long it would take. Big surprise it's only 10minutes from my house and it took them almost an hour after they told me 15 to 25 minutes. Pepperoni stuffed crust pepperonipizza was horrible hardly no pepperoni no cheese. I wish I could give 0 stars. My pizza was literally still raw dough. I paid for extra cheese and got less than the standard... amount. I also made a complaint using the emailed survey and info on the receipt and still have not gotten a response. Longstory short, do not recommend...ZERO stars. Read more
I would give a 0 star but that is not an option. So super bowl Sunday, I literally put an order in online for my pizza to pick... up at 6pm so I would have it in time for the 6:30 game. I put the order in at 9am. I arrived at the location at 6:10 to pick upmy pizza, waited in a line, just for the guy working the register to tell me that they had not even started making it yet andthat I should have known that ordering ahead was not a guarantee. I explained to the guy that I ordered ahead so that this wouldnot be an issues and he said "yeah it's going to be at least another 45min to 1 hour if not longer". I understand all pizzaplaces are very busy on super bowl Sunday but the fact that I put the order in early in the morning and it could not be evenstarted till well after the pick up time is ridiculous. If you cannot keep to the scheduled times then it should not be anoption on their site. I will never use this location again, or probably papa johns in general. I don't know if it is the systemthe workers see the orders on or just poor time management. Read more
