Took over an hour to get our food, the driver went to the wrong place, then proceeded to argue saying that's what the paper said... when it clearly didnt.didn't.. our melts were cold and over cooked. They were so hard we could barely eat them. My husband'sfrys were cold and soggy. My zesty Italian Salas was just lettuce and a small cup of dressing. Very unhappy. Was not worth whatwe paid. Surprised that the young lady on drive thru window is new but couldn't answer any questions I had Pzone what comes in them ,... cost,size nothing. Immediately asked me to wait but didn't do anything stood there so I asked questions. Asked me hold young mancame could answer some better but a lot of I don't know hold on . I will NEVER go to this location again. Was told at the drive thru that they?re backed up and I?d need to wait addt?l 10 mins... and then come back up. I was fine with waiting? once 10 mins passed I went back up to get my pizza. The pizza was cold, hadliterally no sauce on it and the worst is that the complete pizza was burnt! I?m extremely annoyed with this and would havereturned it if I was not in a hurry to be somewhere. I usually get papa johns and thought I?d change it up.. I won?t make thatmistake twice. Read more
