The owners are the rudest people on this planet. Ordered food with $30 coupon and they told me I had to spend more 30 to use it.... Waited 15 minutes to get a drink ; then they told me they didn't have it. Never been so disrespected. Read more
Staff is rude and doesn't seem to know their own menu. The online menu is completely different than the one in person. I tried... to call and place an order and the staff seemed to have no idea what we were trying to order even though we were reading itright off of their website. We tried to order something and they said "well we don't have a button for that" as if I was makingit up. Prices online are different than in person. The food was good when I ate in person one time, but the staff doesn't seemlike they know what's going on. I won't be coming back because of how mismanaged this place is. Read more
The best new spot in Warren! The customer service was just as enjoyable as the food, which was amazing! I really hope this... place Doesn't become another victim to the curse of the Warren plaza. Because it seems like every business except Giant Eagleand the BMV go here to die. I really do hope this place catches on because I can see even better things in the future. Went last summer. The service was slow. Our food didn't come out together, because they forgot one of our meals. We only ordered... three meals..... They food was cold. The owner sat right by us and never said hello or asked how everything was..... I won't bereturning. I will continue to go to Cockeye for my BBQ cravings. Read more
We just found The Pitt Boss BBQ this afternoon, we were looking for a Soul Food restaurant. When we went inside we noticed how... clean everything was, the owner was super helpful and when we got everything home it was amazingly delicious. We got a full rackof ribs, brisket, mac n cheese, collared greens, corn bread and pound cake. Everything was under $80. We can't wait to go back. Read more
