First time trying the food. Sadly.... Won't be. Attempted to order food by the "preferred" delivery suggestion by "The Rig".... After waiting over an hour. I called the The Rig, was told it was out of their hands and the order had just been placed. Ibelieve this is extremely unacceptable. A 50.00 order made an hour and a half earlier, less than a mile away wasn't takenseriously in my opinion. The "bogus" delivery preference suggested by The Rig is called Menufy....I strongly advise "do notattempt to use" The lack of concern conveyed by the person who answered the phone from The Rig sheds another obviousrevelation....as a restaurant reviewer, It saddens me to cast this poor review. I support local the best I can. And willcontinue to do so. I'm curious if The Rig values what a good/bad review can do. And I hope to hear from them. Btw... The bar on the outdoor back patio is nicer than the inside bar. Nice pool table. The philly nachos are pretty good. No beer on... tap, everything is in bottles. Pretty chill atmosphere. A good place to stop after an afternoon on the golf course. Read more
As a CUSTOMER Great mix crowd, relaxed fun atmosphere. You can come here to relax, watch some sports, eat some food. They have... karaoke a couple nights a week. They have security, but have yet to see them put to use. They have over 6 TVs for your viewingpleasure, a video juke box and even video slot machines if you feel an itch to gamble. This sentence is more of an edit additionthan anything but I feel it deserves to be at the foremost I remembered a tidbit of conversation between bartenders if a tabgoes forgotten unpaid or for whatever reason there's missing money they spread it across the tabs quote on quote it's what theywere told to do make sure you're watching exactly what you pay for. One of the bartenders actually went as far to say as halfthe people there don't even know the prices for what they're ordering. This is not hate for a recent departure from workingthere it's more along the lines of if you don't treat your employees right then tongues kind of lit loose on information thatthe ears gather. As for employee treatment, it's not so good. Some people don't even make $10 an hour. You also might not getpaid for the time you work. My pay and a fellow security officer got shorted, his by as much as 20 bucks, sorry 15 if youinclude his 5 dollar sandwich. I would stay 20 minutes after pay ended but show up 15 minutes late because I didn't get paid forthose 20 minutes and got my pay docked 15 minutes. Also we got a $5.35 cent sandwich and out employee discount was 35 cents. Thewomen bar tenders are told to make them selves seem available, basically so they can be hit on by customers for better sales,seems a bit messed up during the day and age of gender equality and women's rights movements. There's an elderly lady workingthe kitchen for less than 10 bucks an hour... Seems sad when McDonald's pays it's employees more and gives their workers betterdiscounts to eat. The philly fries are A-mazing! Karaoke night happened to be going on... and there were some great singers... twas a bit... overpowering on the ears..but ppl were having a blast! Steak Fajita tacos were a bit flavorless... however could be because Iate the fries first. Friend had philly cheese steak sandwich and fries. Said it was quite tasty!! :-) Read more
