My food was ok. But someone in our group got hair in thier food. Our waitress was nice.
Our waitress was wonderful & food was good, but it took an hour to get our food. They said they had a ton of carryouts but they... should stagger orders for dineins to get a timely order. We had a 2 year old with us & it was hard to keep him from a meltdownhaving to wait that long. They weren't busy at all when we arrived & were seated. Read more
Yuck. Food used to be good here. Not anymore. Cheddar potato soup couldn't even eat it was just plain gross. Steakhouse... burger was like a frozen burger cooked eight days ago and reheated in the microwave. All three at our table were that same way. And cold on top of it. Severely undercooked broccoli. We went to the Warren, Pa location this morning for breakfast?horrible experience. Chad our server has the people skills of a... worn out shoe. We sat there for an hour watching other tables that came in after us get their food. When I complained, thesupervisor gave me some load of BS about only having one cook. Well, that cook had no problems get meals out in a timely fashionfor other tables. After an hour of sitting there collecting dust I decided to leave. When I was paying for the one cup of coffeeI received in the hour I was there, I could hear Chad making rude comments from behind the counter.
