My food was ok. But someone in our group got hair in thier food. Our waitress was nice.
Our waitress was wonderful & food was good, but it took an hour to get our food. They said they had a ton of carryouts but they... should stagger orders for dineins to get a timely order. Yuck. Food used to be good here. Not anymore. Cheddar potato soup couldn't even eat it was just plain gross. Steakhouse... burger was like a frozen burger cooked eight days ago and reheated in the microwave. All three at our table were that same way. And cold on top of it. Severely undercooked broccoli. Might as well have been raw. Our waitress was the only positive thing!Probably won't ever visit again. Read more
We went to the Warren, Pa location this morning for breakfast?horrible experience. Chad our server has the people skills of a... worn out shoe. We sat there for an hour watching other tables that came in after us get their food. When I complained, thesupervisor gave me some load of BS about only having one cook. Well, that cook had no problems get meals out in a timely fashionfor other tables. After an hour of sitting there collecting dust I decided to leave. When I was paying for the one cup of coffeeI received in the hour I was there, I could hear Chad making rude comments from behind the counter. Chad was our server this morning for breakfast and he claimed he would be taking care of us, however, once he dropped off the... coffee's that was the last we saw of him at our table. We literally sat there for an hour watching people come after us getserved their breakfast and on their merry way! It wasn't until my brother got up and complained to another staff person who wasable to figure out what happened to our order. At any rate, once breakfast was delivered by the manager well after an hour ofwaiting, she did not offer an apology or utter a single word. Needless to say we will not be patrons anymore. Changing my rating. Last evening we ordered and the waitress brought out an incorrect order and shrugged her shoulders. Didn't... offer to fix. Like ordering a breakfast entree and receiving a burger. Food is less than mediocre. It used to be much better. Read more
