This is the slowest dunks in the country and they give you attitude if you add food to your 1 coffee order. Just sat in line on... my way to work, there were 5 cars in front of me and I sat there for 30 minutes just to get the wrong coffee. I get being busy,but they really weren't and to give your customers attitude for ordering your product seems a little crazy to me. Plenty ofother dunks to choose from. Paid for a cream cheese I never got, and they 100% went out of their way to burn my kid's wake up wraps because I made a normal... sized order for two people needing breakfast, rather than a quick coffee. Not even sure how this one is still operating, it'sbeen subpar for years. Came back after I fully looked through my order to say that they went completely out of their way to makethe sandwich wrong too, didn't order turkey sausage and that's what I got. Absolute garbage. I ordered a large hot coffee through the drive through, got to the window and they gave me an iced coffee. I said I ordered a... large hot coffee so they went back to get me the hot coffee. The male who working the window handed me the coffee, turned awayand before the window closed I heard him say ?have a horrible new year?. I then heard all the other workers laughing. I?ve avoided stopping at this Dunkin for the past 3 months because of how they mess literally every single thing up. I went... today because it was more convenient and I only ordered a decaf iced coffee. They somehow managed to mess it up. Every time I order it is wrong, and most of the time there is no label on the cup to verify what?s inside. A standard decaf iced... was once pumpkin (and not decaf). Most of the time the decaf is not decaf. Once they spilled mocha all over the top and side ofthe cup and I heard the worker say ?it?s just mocha? as they wiped it off, and the cup was so sticky I couldn?t hold it, evenwith napkins. Another iced coffee had tons of grounds in the bottom, yet another had a paper straw wrapper bunched up in thebottom. These are just some of the orders. Once I ordered a sandwich that had a long hair in it. Several times I have receivedsandwiches with completely cold, hard slices of cheese, or black burnt toast. Today, the wax paper was still on the egg, whichI almost choked on. *PICTURE FOR PROOF* These issues all rest on the management, who are responsible for training the workershow to be clean, consistent, timely, and professional. The workers are not to blame; as a former Dunkin? employee I completelyunderstand the stress of the job. It?s not easy. But the management needs to take control, this is completely unacceptable!! Dunkins doesn't seem to change a lot throughout the franchise but staff does! These folks are friendly and are very willing to... make you a happy customer. Strange orders don't upset them and service is fast and orders are done correctly. Read more
