Absolutely incredible! I?ve had bbq all over the country.. especially living in Miami, NYC and LA. In my opinion Mitch?s is by... far the best not only in Pittsburgh but anywhere in the country. Closest that compares is Austin, TX. Make sure to try the cornon the cob and ask for a side of the Texas Red with whatever meat you choose. It?s a sauce unlike anything I?ve had anywhereelse. The food was mouth watering good, flavorful and amazing!!! Couldn't decide what to get so I got a little bit of each (brisket,... pork belly, 3 ribs, chix thigh, pulled pork, pork shoulder, mac & cheese and corn bread). What place do you know that can execute well on ramen, bbq, street corn and Mac and cheese? Lol apparently Mitch?s BBQ. My wife... and I came here because we were in the area. Yes. Yes. Yes! After a four year wait, we were finally able to make it to Mitch's BBQ. We ordered a little bit of everything and... everything was delicious. I love Mac n cheese and they by far have the best Mac n cheese I've had in a long time. Super creamyand flavorful. My favorite though had to be the pork belly sliders ???????? the pork belly just melts in your mouth and thehomemade pickles on top is so good. If you are ever in the area, it is a must to stop here! It's so so good. We had the brisket ramen, pork belly buns, and street corn. The ramen was soft but a tiny bit chewy. Brisket... was very tender. The buns were very flavorul. Corn had queso fresco and a cilantro cream on it. All in all a fantastic meal. Definitely go if you're in the area. Read more
