Mediocre food at best. I guess it?s good for the area since there aren?t many options in town. The cowboy crepes (I think that... was the name) was terrible! I have never had anything smothered in so much bitter tasting hollandaise sauce. I returned theentire plate (it was inedible) and got an attitude when we asked if it could be removed from the ticket. Typically places wouldoffer that if you barely ate anything and returned the entire plate. The rest of the food was okay. The attitude from thewaitress was a total turn off and there?s nothing special about the food. Read more
I truly underestimated this restaurant only because my husband's palate is sometimes different than mines. After we came... through the door, we were greeted by the hostess, I'm so sorry I forgot your name but you were amazing and the fact that youwere willing to help us get the flies that were flying around we appreciated it. The food was delicious. Hands down! ????It wasso nice we went back the next morning and oh my goodness y'all were packed but moving folks right along without making peoplefeel rushed or anything we could eat comfortably at our own pace and everything was controlled and relaxed at the same time. Tothe waitress that accidentally spilled the drink down the little girls back who was jumping in the chair, hints to how thus saidlittle girl got a ice cold beverage down her back, thank you for putting a big smile on my husband's face???????????? We went on Monday right about noon, and I was astonished by how fast they prepared our food. Sandra was our server, she was... great. The food was very good and I was seriously impressed with how fast they were able to prepare it at a busy hour like that.We had four different meals and everybody was happy with their food. This resturant has been open for many years. Stopped in for lunch. Great service. Waiter rocked. Good comfort food.
Simple order made to go. They were slightly busy at the time but didn?t wait long for my order to be done. The pancakes ????... were pretty good. The taste is different from other restaurants. It?s been a while since I?ve actually eaten pancakes becauseI?m usually a waffle ???? type but I stay away from ordering that if I?m not dining in if you want it fresh and crispy. Our server was great and friendly. She took care of all of the needs of our party, even though there we're several requests such... as is there real butter? Can we get more tartar sauce? Can we have more gravy. Everyone seemed very happy with their meals ofcod and shrimp, soup and salad, etc. Those with me, commented on how delicious the ribs were the time before! Read more
