Did not give a box for the limited time Adult Happy Meal. Did not apologize. Did not offer anything in exchange. Did not... discount. Did not give warning prior. We live locally and understand how busy this particular McDonald's can be BUT too many times we have given an order and it's... wrong or we put in a mobile order, pay for it and after 30 min no order comes out but you can't go in to speak to anyone becausethe lobby closed. I ordered two McChickens and one large fry at this McDonald's and when I received them my McChicken was very poorly made. My... fries were stuffed into the container to where they were smashed and it did not appear to even be full! I waited in theDrive-Thru for about 5 minutes, they're times were very good but the quality of the food is not very good at all. A little disappointed in the food I asked for fresh fries and I got cold flies I go back in and I told him that I would like... some fresh hot fries and the chick as nice as she was instead went over got me another set of fries still from the same batchthat they gave me from originally lukewarm and even though they just watched them come out of the fryer so they should have beenhot steaming hot we're still lukewarm so little upset about that the Big Macs had more than their fair share of lettuceeverybody loves the lettuce usually on their Big Macs didn't ask for a side salad with my Big Mac even though not complainingwell maybe a little other than that it was okay we were the first ones inside and then a huge rush came in to drive through allwe had ordered was two Big Macs with a small fry and the people through the drive-thru we're getting their meals first before usand I'm talking like just one or two vehicles considering we were still there before the drive-thru people they still got theirmeals out before we did a little perturbed about that but what else can you get explained and get from a fast food restaurant soI give it a one thumbs up.
