Food was not the greatest. Our melts were too hard to eat and the breadsticks were cold. Pasta was good thankfully.

Would be nice if they were consistent with their dining in hours. It seems to be if a certain manager is working that they are... open for dine in. Even if they opened it only a few set days of the week. It's frustrating making plans and having to adjust atthe last minute constantly. The times when we have been able to dine in, the service Is great. Two stars for the inconsistenciesand hassle. Read more

Was very satisfied with this place. We had ordered our pizza special order and it was made exactly to our order. Normally when... we order easy sauce on our pizza it's still pretty thick on there. Not here it was perfect. That was one of the best pizza I'veever had. Our youngest grandson kept talking about it and pointing out how good it was. Thanks for doing such a great job. Read more

The pizzas were good the issue I had was that I ordered five pizzas and paid for five. Only four were handed to my husband when... he picked them up. This was for a birthday party and when he made it home one pizza short it was a little concerning. Read more

I ordered carry out through the mobile app. It was a stuffed crust pizza, breadsticks, and two 2liters of Sierra Mist. Over... $30. Upon arriving, the worker handed me my food and then mumbled ?have a nice day? before turning to leave. I kindly respondedthat I had also ordered two 2liters of Sierra Mist. He quickly responded with ?um, we?re actually out of that soda, what else doyou want?? I politely questioned (seriously, politely) why I wasn?t made aware that they were out of this product. He seemedoffended that I had said anything about it. It was clear that I was wasting his time. He ended up handing me two 2liters ofMountain Dew and rushed off, leaving me standing there in the lobby. I?m very unsatisfied by this experience and respectfullysuggested in another review to the overall company that the mobile app should work on this bug. If something is not available,shouldn?t Pizza Hut develop a system so that purchaser?s know ahead of time? Even so, (at this location) I felt that the workershould have suggested refunding my two 2liters since I paid for something that isn?t available. Never mentioned it once. Myfamily doesn?t even drink Mountain Dew. I truly feel that retraining the employees at this location on customer service wouldbe a HUGE benefit. I?ve worked at Pizza Hut, as well as many others, but I NEVER would have treated a customer likethis. Definitely not worth my money tonight and I?ll probably be looking at other restaurants for pizza in the future. Read more
