Never disappointed. Always greeted by the GM and staff. Love the aura of Players in general. Food is always great. And because... of dental surgery last week, I had to order something I would never have ordered and I cannot say enough how amazing this entreewas. I HIGHLY recommend their Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. WOW.... ????. I will even go as far to say that it is better thanOlive Gardens. Idk who their chef was this evening but he is definitely on point and deserves a bonus. Thank You Players! Read more
Stopped here for lunch with a buddy on our way to Kansas City for the first time. Our server was very friendly and attentive,... and the Sicilian sandwich was excellent! My friend had been to Players a couple of times before and had the pork tenderloinsandwich and commented that his was very good, too. Read more
I always have a good experience at this restaurant. They have been courteous and quick. The rare times they have made mistakes... they are on the ball with fixing them. :) Update (Nov 2022): As usual, great service, great food, just overall great. As always, players never disappoints. Been going here for years but finally tried something new and I have found my new favorite... menu item. The Grecian Sizzle is so tender and juicy and full of flavor. The au jus is seasoned perfectly. Has a bold beefyflavor without a strong salt taste. Update: Not the restaurant my husband and I used to go to at all! It was a 5 Star and it was FAR from it this last time. My... husband and daughter had the lasagna which is good. Her boyfriend and I had the smothered chicken with INSTANT (not edible)mashed potatoes and the chicken was old and tasted rotten. The mushrooms on it were slimy, as well! We had to send it backbecause he almost got sick in the bathroom! Then, the Manager came out & we explained it to him. He said that we could ordersomething else which we did. However, it took FOREVER to get our order the 1st time and even longer the 2nd time which wasawful! My daughter & husband had been done for a long time before we finally got our food. We took it to go, so NOONE had towait, anymore. Service was subpar, empty drinks, and we had to take our food with us because her boyfriend was SICK & I didn'tfeel well, either! Then, on top of that, we were still fully charged for Everything! BAD SERVICE & our food was Rotten! Do NotRecommend until something possibly changes for the better! My husband and I used to love the food here, but it has goneDOWNHILL! Delicious food. Saganaki (cheese lovers) with tzatziki sauce, pita bread, and kalamata olives was delicious! Have been there 2 times so far and will most definitely be going back again we live in Tipton Mo so we don't get there too... often. From the atmosphere, service to food and drinks is worth the time and money.
