If you don't have much time and want some good food this is the place in town to go. They consistently get it right!!

Charged $49 for lunch of 3 people!!! Cashier was on the struggle bus is an understatement. Insisted on charging for 3 meals when... my son wanted 3 signature sandwiches. One person doesn?t want 3 fries and 3 drinks. Then she said that Zaxbys gives a militarydiscount but didn?t apply it after verifying his ID. Not the way to treat our servicemen. I try not to complain aboutrestaurants and have never posted a negative review however my experience was astonishing. I was excited to see a Zaxbys intown while visiting my son but staff desperately needs training. I also asked for an extra plate bc slaw was served even thoughwe said no slaw. It seemed easier to just put food on another plate. Same cashier said they didn?t have plates. I kept trying toexplain just a plate like the one she just served my food on. You would think English was not her first language but it obviouswas. Again disappointed Zaxbys. Read more

Polite, professional and quick service, it wasn't busy. The restrooms were clean. The chicken sandwich meal was good. Great... place to stop in and grab a bite. All you can drink from the Coca-Cola fountain machine if you dine in. The dining room lookedclean. Drive thru was not busy either. Read more

Disorganized, they take a ridiculous amount of time to get an order ready and half the time some piece of equipment isn't... working. Last time I ordered at the drive through it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food out! If I didn't like the Kickin'Chicken sandwich so much I wouldn't waste time or money at this place. Read more

We stopped in at Zaxby's for lunch today. This is the first time at Zaxby's for me. I noticed the place was clean and very... presentable, including the restrooms. We had the chicken tender and boneless wings combo. The tenders were my favorite and werevery good. The boneless wings were good but too much hard batter for me, I do have a chewing issue much different than thenormal individual. The fries are much better than any competition with just the right seasoning on them. I want to return andtry more items on the menu. We enjoyed our lunch there and recommend it to anyone. Read more

Brought my family out as a recommendation. I met Jonathan at the counter. He took our order and answered any question we had. As... well as fulfilled any specific requests with our meal.
