Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that during lunch hour this McDonald's is extremely busy based on its proximity to the... Northway. If it's noon and your hungry expect a very long line in the drive through. They do not mess up orders here very oftenthough and are always friendly! Read more
Sat in line for a couple of minutes waiting for the other cars in front of me, no worries at all. Was disappointed when I was... told we could have what they had left over on the line for the day, two mcchickens. I guess they close at 10 now due to shortstaffing not 11 like it says online. The most dirty mc Donald I ever seen from parking lot to door,windows, floors. Tables. Cricket behind soda machine. All tablets... dirty. No hot chocolate. Bathrooms look updated but didn't use them. The place is updated just dirty! Behind counter obviousfood on floor. Plenty of staff. Food was delivered to table by staff that was nice, I used the screen to order. Staff seem to benice. No choice to go driving another place. Flies around some stuff. Food was fine as u can't mess that up. Read more
I feel for the staff, because they were clearly overwhelmed, however, I have never witnessed such ineptitude before and... management really should do right by their staff (training, support, etc.) so what happened today won?t happen again. We usedthe app to order a curbside pickup and, at 30 minutes still waiting, I went inside to ask about my order. The worker looked atme exasperatedly and said ?you?re next,? so I went outside to await the delivery. 15 minutes later I went back in and literallywatched as the two staff members behind the counter stared at the order monitor for minutes, holding burgers in their hand,placing the burgers into and out of the same bag multiple times. They had no clue what was going on! I asked for a refund, whicha very low key guy started to process for me (he was very good at de-escalating and I acknowledged that, because everybodyaround was losing their minds and asking for refunds after waiting similar amounts of time) and he told me he could give it tome via cashless app, like Apple Pay. I asked if I could go to my car to get my credit card to put it back on, which he said yesto, but when I went to go back in the store, they had locked the doors! Luckily, the staff member came to get me and finished myreturn. We had boat reservations to make it to, so we couldn?t wait any longer. I don?t blame the staff for this?it is impropertraining. I?ve never been to a McDonald?s where I felt like I needed to leave a review. We stopped on our way to Indian Lake and the trash... cans outside were overflowing, the service was super slow, they said they were out of ketchup, and the bathroom was filthy. Theback stall had feces all over it. The cashier appeared to be wearing pajamas. If you?re traveling through I would keep going.It?s McDonalds so not expecting much, but this one was truly awful. This has truly become one of if not the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Waited over 25 mins for a single cup of coffee... while the girl behind the register ignored me the entire time. Noone else was in front of me. I wound up just leaving withouteven being able to place my order. Read more
