This location is the best on food. I will warn that during high volume times you WILL be waiting for food. This includes those... who order pick up. They can only make so many bowls at one time. But I never have seen workers no working. They are doing theirbest. And the food is always worth it. I will say that after these rushes, the restaurant will be a mess. But again, they aremaking bowls, they don't have time to go dump the trash then. Remember that they are humans! Not robots! They always load upfood and are always nice. And that, to me, is worth the wait. Read more

I think this entire restaurant needs better management and better staffing. It was a circus. There weren?t any customers and I... can see why. The employees here are very negligent, disrespectful, and lack great customer service skills. I shouldn?t walk intoa restaurant and feel like I am a ?bother? to the employees. Not sure if this one is just always under bad management but there is always an issue. Today they had no fajitas, no Brown rice.... The regular steak was extremely dried out I asked how long was the wait on fresh steak, the girl replied that this was all theyhad. Although there was meat ready to be chopped right behind her. I've tried to give it a try because it's close to home butNEVER AGAIN. I'll take the drive to Garfield or Woodmere. Read more

I had to work and did not plan dinner, so my 13-year-old daughter requested if she could have Wendy's or Chipotle. I... unfortunately said Chipotle. We placed a simple Steak wrap order on line that had only 5 ingredients. They promised a 6:10pmpick-up. We got there at 6:18pm, and the order was ready. My daughter brought the bag back to the car it was very light. Ididn't think anything, but when we arrived home my daughter said she did not taste any steak, we opened the wrap to find nothingbut a large amounts of rice, small amount of lettuce and corn, all soaked in sour cream. Sure enough no meat, I had to driveback up there and actually went in to stand in line again to replace this order. They ran out of steak, gave another large wrap,with a spoon of rice, and couple pieces of left over dried out steak. The cashier was told they messed up the order, sheproceeded to place the sadly made bowl in a bag. She then asked do you want me to throw the old wrap away? I said no becausethere is not enough rice on this wrap. The service was by far the poorest I seen in a long time. I had to just get out of theredue to the atmosphere of increasing aggrevation. Normally I avoid this location, but this visit change my mind. Food server's and food were very good with great customer... service, within a clean restaurant. This is perhaps the worst Chipotle I?ve ever visited. I?m not going to blame them for being out of bowls, but it?s really tacky... to have signs all over the window alerting their customers about supply chain issues. As I walked into the store, two differentpeople told me they were out of bowls. That was a little overkill. The employees seemed frustrated about the whole situation,and acted like they didn?t want to be there, and they didn?t want any customers there. It was clear they wanted to be doinganything else. My tacos were freezing cold. Such an odd experience. I don?t see much hope for this franchise. Read more

Don't bother ordering ahead online. It won't be ready and you'll still wait 40 minutes. Thought the first time was a one-off but... it wasn't. Then when you get it, it's made wrong. There was NO carnitas and NO beans and two chunks of "peppers". What afreaking joke. Don't go here. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Read more
