I don't normally post bad reviews unless I feel like it would be productive/constructive. I didn't seek to review this location,... but Google asked me, and I had more reasons to than not. My family and I went through the drive thru on a Sunday around 530pmand received poor service, our order was missing food and drinks, no straws and our sandwiches were incorrectly made (I askedfor mine plain and received partial condiments, confusingly). We circled back around to wait in the drive thru line to correctit (lobby doors were locked) but they were also getting through the line extremely slow. We were probably number 4 when wepulled up and it took about 15 minutes. When I circled around, we would have been waiting for at least 30. They could have beenshort staffed. They could have been having an off day. I have no idea how many staff members were there and I wasn't able togive them a chance to correct it. But, no words were spoken when we paid or when we were handed our food. At order taking, theywere very disinterested in basic communication; confirming price, accuracy, completion, etc. Everyone has bad days. Shouldn'tmake the customer experience poor. Drive through people were soo rude. Acting like they?re in a hurry when there is no one else in line and clearly not busy at... all! Multiple things missing in the order with clearly no care in the world for their job. Read more
Terrible had to go through the drive thru twice because they gave me the wrong order and then did even give me the wings I paid... for left with only mash potatoes wish I didn't live in this city so I could stop getting screwed by this kfc Read more
Employees are Rude and they don't know their own menu. If KFC can't find quality workers, then PLEASE do the Public a favor and... just close it down Permanently. I don't appreciate KFC just waiting my money. This place is Trash. Read more
I love this KFC always so hot and fresh! However! They are NOT open till 11pm! Kids back in school, closes at 10pm.. manger on... site needs to update google business account to reflect time closed now 10pm. Heads up Read more
Thank you Emery rd KFC!! I am no longer a loyal customer. On 8/17 at about 9:30pm I went to the drive thru to get a late dinner.... As I was preparing to order a ladies voice said that they were closing and had a limited menu. I said I thought 11pm wasclosing. They had changed hours to 10pm closing. I asked for two items and they didn't have them available. I asked well what doyou have? We are closing at 10pm and we don't have a full menu. So I left, as I drove by the take out window the employees werehigh five each and laughing at what a great job they had done. So, I drove around the corner to POPEYES CHICKEN & BISCUITS. Theywere still open with lots of customers being served. I spent my MONEY there and got a DELICIOUS SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH that IHIGHLY RECOMMEND. So, Thank you Emery rd KFC and GOODBYE!!! Read more
Went thru the drive thru and the person on the other end of the microphone was so nice. She spoke clearly..she said please and... thank you and my food was hot and delicious. I told her I'm so used to going to other drive thru's and the staff is everythingand rude. I truly appreciated my visit today 6:08pm Sunday JUNE 12TH. Read more
I mean Chicken is chicken. It was good but it's just chicken lol. My kids enjoy it so that's all that matters!
