I went in and ended up ordering two cinnamon raisin bagels toasted with cream cheese. I picked the items up at the counter to... carry out and as I get out to my car I open it up and they have two side containers of cream cheese in there and the bagels arewarm but they're not toasted. They need to slow the toaster down and let it toast The Bagel actually it didn't even have acrispy touch to it. But I was a little irritated that they didn't put the cream cheese on and in turn there was no knife in thebag either. So I went in and looked at their condiments stations they have out and there's no knife out there. So I went back tothe counter where I picked my food up and I said can I get a knife and she had me one. And then of course I made a comment aboutnot having a knife in the bag and why they don't put the cream cheese on the bagels. Stopped in for a bite and some coffee. They were out of coffee cup sleeves. Later before we left and got another cup they were... still out. Asked an employee if they had any and he brought out one for us and maybe 10 to put out for people. When we sat at atable by the windows the chair was rickety and we swapped it for another. Ordered online from hotel. Delivery person never knocked on door, just left food in hall. Got tired of waiting and checked app,... showed delivered, opened door and thank God no one took it. Food was great but will not use again. Read more
don't come here if you don't have to. Servis is slow, out of breakfast and all eggs in berakfast time ... it's not clean.

Went here this morning, won't be back. I ordered a medium coffee with 2 cream and 2 Splenda, a couple of bagels toasted with... butter. I opened the bag and to my surprise it had the cream, the Splenda, the bagels, the butter pats and a knife....you guysdon't put the cream and Splenda in the coffee? I gotta butter my bagel too?
