Best store ever. It?s very clean service is fast and workers are very nice especially the owner.
Store closes at 9pm. I show at 8:45pm and the door is open and the employees tell me that the restaurant is closed. If the... restaurant is closed then why is the door still open. Avoid ! avoid ! Avoid ! The worst customer service ever. I had order a combo meal for my toddler and I. I proceeded to eat when... a lady yells from behind the counter " our lobby ain't open!" First of all how rude. There are no signs on the door, walls,tables or anywhere the public can see that acknowledges that the lobby is closed. Why wait until guest start eating to say this.Put signs up and let us know before paying instead of trying to make the money. No recognition for guest experience or customerservice. So mid bite we had to gather all of our stuff and leave. Imagine the chaos of telling your hungry tired toddler we haveto abruptly leave mid meal. Imagine the chaos.
