Best store ever. It?s very clean service is fast and workers are very nice especially the owner.
Store closes at 9pm. I show at 8:45pm and the door is open and the employees tell me that the restaurant is closed. If the... restaurant is closed then why is the door still open. I think it unprofessional to be open but tell a customer you are closedbut the door is open and your restaurant is open until 9pm. Read more

I simply ordered two sandwiches made exactly the same one on plain white bread, one on spinach wrap the one w/spinach wrap was... 3.00 more no extras on it. I simply asked if the manager could switch it to the same bread and he denied me the right to evenpurchase anything else. I usually go to this location and have no problems but the last 2 times were not good. Two weeks ago I went in and immediately... had to walk out because they were remodeling and the fumes were so strong they nearly took my breath away. I went back todayand my bread was tough and chewy. I got 3 cookies, the chocolate chip cookie was fresh but the 2 macadamia nuts were old andbrittle and had to be thrown away. Wasted my money and time on Subway today. Will stick with DiBellas or a different Subway inthe future. Read more

Avoid ! avoid ! Avoid ! The worst customer service ever. I had order a combo meal for my toddler and I. I proceeded to eat when... a lady yells from behind the counter " our lobby ain't open!" First of all how rude. There are no signs on the door, walls,tables or anywhere the public can see that acknowledges that the lobby is closed. Why wait until guest start eating to say this.Put signs up and let us know before paying instead of trying to make the money. No recognition for guest experience or customerservice. So mid bite we had to gather all of our stuff and leave. Imagine the chaos of telling your hungry tired toddler we haveto abruptly leave mid meal. Imagine the chaos.
