I've literally never been so disappointed in dennys. My son loves to go here. I don't typically go to this location and tonight... was a huge reminder why not. We sat at our table for 15-20 minutes before the server even came over and asked what we wanted todrink. Then when the order came out, half the stuff was missing. They brought half back what was missing, we didn't even botherwith the other item. There was literally 2 other tables in the whole restaurant. Our waitress never came back. We didn't getany drink refills and they brought the check before we could even ask for anything. We happily just got up and paid and left. Read more
Good food however staff was complaining about their jobs in the open! Waitress never came and asked how we were, never asked if... we needed more drinks. Brought out food and handed to wrong people. There were 2 other tables and they got more attention thanus. Read more
Unfortunately they had a tremendous amount of to go orders ( door dash ?) which they did in order of received. Customers in... house watched as bag after bag left while the whole in-house customers were left alone to wait. It took over 45 minutes for ourorder to be completed. The waitress then forgot half of the order. Never came back to check on us to see. Total in and outover 1 and a half hours for breakfast. Never going back there. Read more
Server was really friendly not real informational though. I love the grand slamwich here. My complaint would be the seat was not... cleaned off prior to me sitting down in which I had to wipe it off myself. Read more
Normally, the service is great but today it was just plain disrespectful to me as a customer. I sat and waited for over 20... minutes never got my beverage and my order was never taken. Another customer comes in and immediately gets their order taken andagain I was ignored. Finally I just said to hell with it and left. If this is how you treat your customers, then, I will notreturn or recommend this establishment to anyone.This was the one in the flying j. I do not want to criticize all Denny'sbecause I love eating there. That was a very young blond waitress. She never stopped long enough to tell me her name. Read more
Terrible food experience. All I wanted was a bacon cheeseburger. Burger is burnt. Like a 1/4 of it?s just missing. Paid for... extra cheese and only has one slice. Look at the pic. Just sad. Stopped in around 9:50. I ordered before 10. Walked out at 10:50 after our waitress had not came to the table in 30+ minutes and... without any food. The table behind us had left 10 minutes before with no food as well. I ordered an omelette and my husbandordered pancakes. No reason for an hour wait and NO communication about it from anyone let alone our waitress. I will never comehere again. Read more
Slow service, food came out cold. I ordered a sizzilin' skillet and it came out without anything underneath it. Our food was... sitting in the window for a good almost hour. My boyfriend ordered over medium eggs waited at least an hour to get them andstill got the wrong eggs he got over easy when he ordered over medium. Why the boss thought it was a good idea to leave twoservers STILL IN TRAINING by themselves is absurd and unfair to the servers still in training! Read more
