We think this is the best Costco we have visited. Clean and quieter than other Costco. Lots of knowledgeable staff that... approached us asking if we needed help. I purchased a printer. The employee spoke with knowledge explaining the differencesbetween the printers without reading the box. The food samples were handled by upbeat friendly people. Was a delightful shoppingexperience. Food and the prices are incredible. The customer service is really lacking. Today they were totally out of ice for the pop... machines but didn't tell anyone until they came and complained of which many did. Last month someone took the key home for theonion machine so they couldn't refill it. Two months ago they had almost an hour wait for pizzas but didn't tell you when you'reordered either. Read more
