Ordered online and it was ready in 10 minutes. Delicious crust with a garlic taste and very cheesy.
Terrible experience. My wife ordered at 5:30pm and the website said it would be 25-35minutes. I got off work and went straight... to Domino's. Got there at 5:55 so I knew it might not be ready. I waited patiently for about twenty minutes when an employeeasked me what I was waiting for. I told him my wife's name and the number order. He said it should be out soon. Another tenminutes go by and I stand to check on it. They eventually have someone call it out and it's been sitting out for who knows howlong. I get home 5 minutes later and the pizza is cold. I go to warm it up in the microwave and realize the dough isn't fullycooked. No excuse. This was awful. Read more
My initial ordering and delivery was easy and fast. But when I opened the dessert, it wasn't the one I ordered. You spend a good... chunk of change for delivery, and over an hour later, they delivered the correct order. I should have gotten some money back orsomething. I like to eat the meal when it is delivered, NOT have to wait another hour for what I should've had in the firstplace. I had 2 items in my order. It wasn't like it was this massive complicated deal. Don't know where to start everything about it was wrong on every level first they got the pizza wrong then when they gave me a... second pizza to make it right it was all crust barely had any cheese on it. Toppings on it was supposed to be half supreme andhalf pepperoni and Olive. 2 1/2 pieces were supreme (maybe) the rest had 13 pieces of pepperoni and about a dozen small slicesof olives and u couldn't even find barely any cheese all you could see was sauce and crust I will never ever eat there again Read more
Parmesan wings are fatty & delicious! If You order "buffalo" wings, be prepared they are more like "wings intensely seasoned... with paprika" than buffalo. But I'm sure some love it!!! Extremely bad customer service. Our staff order online on March 15 for $15.98, pay by credit card. Looking at the bank statement... I found a charge of $17.98 and well staff member call to ask about this $2 extra, the guy at Domino's told her he would lookinto the transaction and call her back. After 3 days staff member call back and nobody answer, then she call from othercellphone and guess what? Yes, they pick up! She asked about the transaction and of course no good reason for the $2 extra, justexcuses. Long story short they didn't solve my concern so I call the bank to dispute the charge. Read more
