We love stopping in at this location! The baristas are always friendly and get my drink correct. Everything is kept clean and... well maintained, and well stocked and in working condition. The employees seem happy to be there and not forced! Even throughthe recwnt busy Christmas season! This location is very supportive in the community, even allowing fliers to be posted forraising money for a local family who's house burned down recently. Read more
First time using their mobile app and placed my order. Love how it is ready before I even get there. I was given a cake pop for... free for my birthday ???? that was sweet of them. I enjoyed the calming atmosphere at the location we went to. They have so manydifferent treats to choose from. The sandwiches ???? with pesto one can?t go wrong. Their food tastes healthy. The turkey ????cheese ???? with pesto sandwich was delicious ????. I recommend the Starbucks app it will pull up the closest location and alsoshow their menu. Read more
They didn't carry the items for 3 of the drinks orders, I asked to use my free one on mine & they took it off the tall (12 oz)... plain coffee instead of my drink. Finally got our drinks & I learned you can actually mess up a chai latte. It's the worst one Ihave ever had! I go to Starbucks in Southern Oregon on a daily basis and stop at many while traveling. Not a napkin to be had in the whole place. ?We?re out? was the response I got after first telling me they were at the condiment... bar (nope), then on the tables (nope). It?s a little thing, but it?s the little things that differentiate a great customerexperience from a ?we don?t care? customer experience. Read more
