I was very disappointed. I asked for there to be avocado on my sandwich. There was none. I also asked for my sandwich to be cut... in thirds and it was cut in half like they normally do. The bread was soggy and the portions were small. When I called all theysaid was ?I?m sorry. ? No offer of a free cookie when I come in again, or a free drink when I come in again, nothing!! Iunderstand mistakes are human nature but this was Not great customer relations! I won?t go there again. Read more

The counterperson I encountered today was incompetent and rude. I'm tired of hearing about how service people have to put up... with rude customers and no one seems to be talking about how customers have to put up with rude and incompetent service people, which is a very common problem these days. Counterpersons in a Subway or similar store should be willing and able to answerquestions while using their hands for something else. Its called multitasking. She was not using a knife or other cutting blade, she was simply using the cash register to ring up items. I was in customer service and food service for decades. It's not thathard if you bother to try. And its part of the job. With one customer ready to check out in front of me (a simple ringing up ofitems, the customer was steadfastly silent, no questions of his own), I said "excuse me" to catch the attention of thecounterperson who was apparently unwilling to look up from the counter to greet me (about 8 feet away) with a simple "hello" or"welcome to Subway". Not even a smile. My attempt to catch her eye and ear was met with a scowl and scolding. I was brieflylectured on how she was busy with "this customer" and I have to wait my turn. In the time she took to scold me she could haveanswered my question about availability of a product (vegan loaf). It would have taken one or two words at most. If acounterperson cannot bother to at least look up at a customer when they enter the store, cannot bother to smile or say hello, and is incapable of the very basic multitasking (of answering an easy question while ringing up a small order), then that persondoes not qualify for the job nor do they deserve it. She needs to learn how to multitask, smile, and verbally greet customers,at the very least. An attitude adjustment might also help. There are more than enough places to get fast food in the area. So Iwent elsewhere. I'm wondering if the owner of this Subway really cares about customers. Wondering how many o Read more

I should have read through the reviews before coming in. We were served by the infamous "dark haired lady with glasses" who... seemed drunk and struggled eith the simplest of requests. First of all, they were completely out of bread and we were told itwould be an hour and a half before they had more bread. We should have left then like the other customers in the building...nothing seemed fresh, the lettuce was brown and wilted and they only had a total of 5 vegetable options. It took the lady over25 minutes to make 2 protein bowls. We went to check out and the lady told us $18.XX. My husband handed her a $20. She could notfigure out how to get the drawer open and called the lady from the back over. The lady than told us it would be $26.XX. As wesat in our RV eating, we saw half a dozen more groups walk in and leave without food before the employees switched the open signoff at 5:15 pm. Read more
