Pulled up in the Drive-thru this afternoon. Waited at the order sign for 10 minutes, trying to get someone to answer. To no... avail! Pulled around to the window & no one was in the store. We waited again. They closed!!!! Watched other cars, drive-thruand noone was present!!! We called the store about an hour later, they answered saying that the store was closed, drive-thru wasopen. I paid $5 for this I am so bummed. Better to go elsewhere for drinks. I added my ice in later and it still did not fill up to... the top. UPDATE: I called and explained that my cup was only filled halfway and they said come back later or tomorrow. I cameback the next morning and one of the girls explained that if I wanted it filled up to the top I have to ask for an extra pumpotherwise it is diluted. I'm not sure but I did get the cup filled up all the way and that's the way it should be if you paythat much for a drink. I prefer less ice in my drink and put into a separate cup. Read more
Wow! The best customer service experience in my entire life! They remembered my inquiry from a year ago about a pride cup or... mug for our daughter in Colorado. The lobby is closed so waited in the drive thru line since I walked there in 40 degree weather to be told they will not serve... me. If a company is unable to provide basic expectations due to staffing issues or construction they should make sure to adaptto be able to provide the best customer service, all I wanted was a warm cup of anything on my walk.
