I could kick myself for not taking a picture. I was too busy drooling over the taco salad I ordered. It's the best in the area!... They make their own tortilla bowl. Fried to a perfect crisp and filled with fresh taco meat(ground beef) lettuce, tomato,olives, salsa, jalapenos(if you choose), and sour cream. Service was friendly and prompt. Prices were a little higher than I'mused to, but the food was a lot better than I'm used to so will gladly visit again. Read more
Very nice interior decor and vibe. The outside looks a bit bland and it's in a strip mall plaza so I was pleasantly surprised... with the interior design and feel. I sat outdoors on the patio as it was a nice day. Small patio but very cozy. Service wasslow (they were pretty busy) and not very warm. But, my food arrived correctly and it was delicious so I'll be back! I reallywanted to try breakfast but they only serve breakfast until 11am so I had to have the Monte Cristo. Food was cold and took a long time to come out had to find a server to get more coffee and the olmet was listed in the menu as... having cheese but as you can see in the picture no cheese. Go to a different restaurant for breakfast Read more

Garbage. Stomach is already rejecting this overpriced blasphemy. Bleach rag left on the table. Is this supposed to be a salad?... Pizza Sauce Bloody Marys had a pepper and an olive garnish. Not even worth a stick of celery. Overcooked tuna. They cleared ourtable when I went to the bathroom minutes after these photos were taken (yes they threw away all our food). No bill on table. Ijust walked out. I threw 20 bucks on the counter. Stop supporting bad restaurants!!! Read more
Food was decent, not really special but the staff was excellent and friendly. The chili was interesting, good flavor with black... and kidney beans. A bowl would be a good lunch. The Creole chicken pasta was definitely disappointing. Not bad, justdisappointing. Stock Alfredo with pieces of sausage and peppers with just enough Franks hot sauce for color. I'd expect a redsauce and Alfredo is an interesting variation with potential but the total miss was the absence of spice part of the spicyCreole. Loved the breadstick and the chicken was grilled nicely and moist. We didn't leave hungry and from the looks of burgersand sweet potato fries going to other tables nobody else did either, they looked wonderful and very few leftovers. Read more
Uptown Cafe serves up a great breakfast with all the usual. Today's meal was steak hash with over easy eggs. Share with my girl.... The kids got French toast and pancake. So much food neither could finish. They are a bit short handed but we did not have towait for seating and the food arrived quickly. It was also great to find them open on a holiday. Read more
