The online order app confirmed our order, we checked in once we arrived at the store but because there was only one person... working the drive thru and the person in front of us took forever, the attendant cancelled the order. What kind of system isthat .. not a very good one?. We drove there waited ( app still had the order confirmed ) and than was told that the orderedhad been cancelled. Not only will I not be using their app again but I won?t be going back to this branch ? the staff took itupon themselves to cancel my order even though I was in line ( before 10:30.. breakfast deadline ) why was it my problem thatthey didn?t have enough staff outside or that the customer in front of me took so long ? unbelievable? not very good customerservice!!
