Nightmare to get food. Either there is a long car line or other people just go around and cut into the drive-through line... cutting the line so they don't wait (jerks). Total waste of time trying to eat here. Read more
The online order app confirmed our order, we checked in once we arrived at the store but because there was only one person... working the drive thru and the person in front of us took forever, the attendant cancelled the order. What kind of system isthat .. not a very good one?. We drove there waited ( app still had the order confirmed ) and than was told that the orderedhad been cancelled. Not only will I not be using their app again but I won?t be going back to this branch ? the staff took itupon themselves to cancel my order even though I was in line ( before 10:30.. breakfast deadline ) why was it my problem thatthey didn?t have enough staff outside or that the customer in front of me took so long ? unbelievable? not very good customerservice!! Great service and friendly staff. Food is delicious. Only one issue, and it's been ongoing. Before the pandemic i would ask for... ketchup and honey. 75% of the time. I would only get one of the two condiments i asked for. I would only realize it once I'vedriven away from the restaurant. Fast forward to after the pandemic and it's still the same issue. Now now I have to pay forany condiments over a quantity of 4. It seems like such a small issue and it really is to me. They probably have the highest quality chicken. I had a sausage sandwich, it tastes different from any other fast food sausage.... They have a fast drive thru, have higher prices than other fast food, about the same as Roy Rogers, which has better tastingsausage. Read more
This particular Chic Filet, while always busy as are most, is one of the best! The employees are always polite, courteous &... friendly. Food is ALWAYS correct AND fresh! The lines might be long, but they keep them moving and are faster than some of the"other" fast food chains with even only 3 or 4 cars!!! I hope when the 1 opens back up in Culpeper, its just as good as this 1in Warren! Read more
Wish they would confirm what you?re getting at the drive thru super annoying when you get the wrong breakfast sandwich and the... wrong one is higher in calories and tastes disgusting ..
