Order was placed during business hours through dominos app - my credit card was billed. Shortly after I am called by employee to... tell me they are closed and hopefully I will receive a refund in 3 business days. Why is the app/website allowing orders if thelocation is actually closed??? Either the employees don?t care and closed early or the company can?t keep up with the locations.Either way, this is unacceptable for a national business to operate this way. Overwhelmed all the time. Their pizza is great. God help you if you want it on time or in a rush. They are chronically... understaffed. I've eaten more free pizzas than pizzas I've paid for. The delivery folks are courteous and follow instructions.Whoever owns the franchise seems to be the problem. Read more
To this day, I'm still not sure why I ever order Domino's Pizza. So much for toppings. Requested ground beef, onions,... garlic and olives. The only thing visible on this slice are olives with a couple pieces of ground beef. As you bite into it,it doesn't get any better. This seems to happen every time I order from Domino's. The people are friendly and helpful, but this store is ALWAYS busy. If its a Friday, Saturday, holiday or special event, plan... ahead on time. They seem to try as best they can to get the pizzas out, but they just get swamped Read more
Melanie at the Warrenton location was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I had a pretty complicated order and it so simple with her. Very... polite and considerate. She is in one of the reasons I will be returning. The food was served fairly quickly for the amount Iordered and tasted delicious. Great job team ! Read more
