The service and the servers were great. The problem was with the food. Everything was overly salty. My steak was supposed to be... medium well and it came out burnt on the outside and bloody on the inside. My French onion soup was super salty to the point ofbeing inedible. My blueberry lavender lemonade was great! The service is the only reason I give it three stars, they clearlycare about their customers. Read more
Its hard to find good service today. Usually when I go out I never get a refill, my server never comes back to the table, and I... have to wait forever for my check. Ashton was an exception to this rule. He was excellent! The best service I have had in a verylong time. We could tell that he was just as attentive to the other tables in the sections as he was to our table. He was alwayson top of whatever we might have needed whether it was a straw for our drink, a refill or a to go box. He was phenomenal. Read more

A great restaurant with cheerful atmosphere. I randomly went there for a dinner with my friend. It was my first to visit this... restaurant. The staff was very friendly. The service was great! We got in around 5:30pm. There was not many customers. Theservice was very fast. I like the complimentary bread with butter very much. Even I was not hungry, I still ate a lot. Myfriend ordered a medium rare steak. It is tender, juicy and tasty as usual. I ordered a seared tuna. It is one of my favoritefood and it is one of the standards that I used to evaluate the food quality of a restaurant. Both of them were cooked toperfection. The French fries was crispy and tasty. I wasn't expecting much from Outback but dang was I wrong! My wife and two boys wanted lunch and we had a gift card so we... stopped by. Beautiful decor and very nice ambiance. Service was prompt and friendly- we felt like family! Plenty of selectionson the menu for any tastebud. The wife chose steak and shrimp and man, the presentation was beautiful and the steak was preparedto perfection. I opted for the outback burger with American cheese and bacon. In spite of the skimpy portion of bacon, theburger was phenomenal!!! And the fries... oh my goodness... it was a perfect combination of crunch on the outside with softpotato inside seasoned with just the right amount of salt. And the kid's meals were no exception. The burger was a good size andlooked the same quality as my burger while my other son's chicken tenders were moist and not like other kids meals. Bread andsweet tea were on point. After getting a hankering for steak, hubby and I loaded up and headed to outback. When we got there, it seemed busy, so we... called to check on the wait. The phone kept breaking up, so we pulled out and headed towards longhorn. Before we got far, theOutback hostess called from their personal phones to apologize that their phone lines were not working but they could see ournumber from caller ID. There was no wait time, so we turned around and headed back and I am SO glad we did. The wait staff wason par, the food was excellent. Despite the issues of the phone lines and the card machines not working, the staff was upbeatand doing their absolute best to make the customers happy. I was seriously impressed. Just to have the staff that was willing togo above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed was impressive! Good job, guys!
