Really?? $3.22 for old, burnt and cold side of bacon. When I brought order back up for replacement the staff was annoyed.
Enjoy this Panera... First time coming here this late (8pm) doors locked.. so you close at 8pm or 8:30pm like google says? ????
Panera is above all else; consistent. The food is good. It?s a great place to get a sandwich and soup. I don?t eat here a lot... but I?ve always enjoyed it. They also have a bakery with lots of tasty cookies, etc. The folks that take your order arefriendly. This is NOT a table service place. You stand in line to give your order then you go pick it up from the counter whenit?s ready. I ordered a delivery through their app. Although the delivery was good and on time, the food was very bad. The pizza was cold... and the cheese was not even melted. It was so hard I could barely bite into it. The turkey sandwich was fine but didn?t seemfresh to me. Read more
Always great food! The customer service at this location is excellent. The cashier got me a sample of soup to try and was very... patient with us as we ordered. Both the manager and the person working expo were very kind and ensured we had a greatexperience. I came here because I typically enjoy both the Baja Bowl and the Mediterranean Bowl as a quick nutrient dense lunch. However, I... came in on a Saturday ordered both a Mediterranean Bowl without chicken and a Mediterranean Bowl with chicken and recieved twobowls with chicken. The "bowls" I received were in tall soup cups and prepared with little care. The arugula greens were put atthe bottom of the cup and warm rice was placed on top of the greens which made for soggy greens. I also had ask for both thetahini and greek yogurt on the side and the greek yogurt was also sloppily put on top. My "bowl" was a sloppy inedible mess. Read more
