I had an issue with an online order qhere they were out of a specific ingredient but still made my drink anyways and it wasnt... even filled near the lid. I went in and let the employee know my concern and he was very sweet and willing to replace my orderwith something around equal value! It was a bit tedious to do to get ask for a new drink since I never do that, but they weregreat about accomodating. I would just be wary about adding extra ingredients to your order via the app. Read more
When I go to this location I never go inside; it's always the drive thru. Although the line may seem very long sometimes the... staff does a good job at moving it along. The real reason for my review is the guy who takes my orders, Nick. He's awesome! He'salways in a cheerful mood and when I ask for extra whip cream with my drink, actually gives me extra whip cream! Most of the time I visit this location the staff is friendly and responsive. Other times, they mess up Or forget the drink... order. They?re pretty accommodating though; giving an incentive to make it up. Be on the lookout for the barista who calls yourname like an auctioneer.. it?s hard to catch on at first, groggy and caffeine deprived.. it?s all in good fun as long as I getcoffee! Read more
Unfortunately this location is always out of everything. It seems like every time I go they don?t have anything in stock.... However, the employees are friendly especially in the mornings. Another bone I have to pick with this location is that they usedto have a pride flag hanging down the front window year-round, but it has since been removed. I know several others who werevery disappointed by this as it was a sign of solidarity and made people feel welcome in such a socially regressed community. Read more
