What we got was good, but half our order was missing!!!
Had to wait 11 mins out side in my car. Poor drive thru experience. ????
No one was assigned to the register, they said "no cashier." So I put my order in on the touch screen, which studies show are... filthy with germs. They kept filling drive up orders one after another. I didn't want to eat crunchy tacos, lettuce, and cheesein my car. So I left, food hadn't come out for me or the people ahead of me. While waiting on the inside for my order I witnessed several things. Most impressively was an employee literally jogging back... and forth to get orders out to customers. Secondly, ensuring that multiple ridiculous orders were 100% . Give this shift araise now. Seriously. Read more
I walked into the store instead of doing drive through and the guy at the window was talking bad about the customers the whole... time and was stomping around huffing and puffing about everything with a really negative attitude. The night shift drive thru worker always seems to be inconvenienced by your presence and is overly passive aggressive. He's... incapable of getting a simple 2 item order correct 80% of the time even though it takes 30+ minutes to prepare and expedite yourfood. Read more

Every time I go to this Taco Bell they either mess up my order or they?re extremely rude to me. I pulled up to the drive through... to place my order and a woman yelled at me through the speaker saying she wasn?t ready to take my order and I needed to wait. Iended up just driving away because I didn?t want to deal with somebody like that. It was completely unexpected and uncalled for.If your day is going that badly, please go home.
