We ordered today some items for pickup. Unfortunately, we had an emergency, called them to keep it hot for an hour, because we... weren't able to go there and pick up our lunch. Took 35 minutes to get chips on a Friday night with barely anyone in the restaurant. Had to speak to a manager just to find out... the status of our meals.
