We ordered today some items for pickup. Unfortunately, we had an emergency, called them to keep it hot for an hour, because we... weren't able to go there and pick up our lunch. They told us: OK, no problem. When we arrived, nothing was hot, only the burgerwas warm, room temperature. And that was the third time they did not put the sauces in the bag. I ordered a family bundle for $45.99...20 traditional Garlic Parmesean & 20 boneless 10 Teriyaki & 10 Plain No Seasoning. Not... only did they mess up my order & send the reverse on my order choices they sent me wings covered in feathers/chicken hairs &there were also feathers/ hairs in my box of wings. Disgusting. Worst dining experience ever. No one was around to take care of us. Ordered food at 9, empty drinks at 9:15 but there was no... staff around. Come 9:30 we got our food with to-go boxes and a bill saying we had to leave. Of course, no one took our paymenttil 10. As we left there 6 staff members telling us bye but no one seemed interested in taking care of us. We seemed to be moreof a bother to them. Read more
Took 35 minutes to get chips on a Friday night with barely anyone in the restaurant. Had to speak to a manager just to find out... the status of our meals. Food finally came out conveniently afterwards, but the orders were incorrect. It?d be different if ourserver communicated to us why there was a delay in our service, but he was rarely in sight.
