Managers and employees on phones while there?s a line. IMO even if it?s not your job learn to step up when there?s customers... waiting. Snarky comments under your breath can still be heard. Employees with headphones in while serving the line and havingto repeat myself multiple times. Some staff however make up for it with being friendly and attentive. They keep this placemoving. First of all, this parking lot makes as much sense as an MC Esther print. Be ready for the calamity to begin. Staff was... welcoming. The confusion begin with the Green, Red, or Mild is what was said. There needs to be a level on this. I got red, andit is so hot....there is no way this is enjoyable people. This batch made my face feel like when they opened the Ark fromIndiana Jones! The tortilla consistency was of boot leather, absolute primitive i say. That RED sauce aint NO joke. Worst chipotle?s I?ve ever been to. Ordered 2 ?salads? and chips with queso ahead. Food was not ready when we arrived on time.... Not too big of a deal but we had movie tickets. When we got the food though it was very disappointing. The chips were eithervery stale or very undercooked, to the point of being chewy. Then the ?salads?. I use quotes because the amount of lettuce thatwas in the bowls is more of what I would consider garnish than a salad base. The bowls were not even close to full. Mine wasalso filled with liquid. Maybe from the sofrito?s? The dining area was also not tidy. I didn?t mind cleaning my own table offsince I know staffing issues continue to be a problem everywhere, but it wasn?t terribly appetizing. The only reason I gave themtwo stars was because the staff was very friendly and offered new chips when I complained (they were just as bad though) I eata lot of chipotles, and generally love the quality and quantity of food. Bowl was good as expected. Added chips and salsa to our order. Opened it up and realized I received a mostly eaten bag of... chips.... Disappointed. Tortilla chips cost pennies.... People are struggling to keep up with inflation. You don't need tocheat them on a bag of chips... Read more

Where is the meat? If you want a burrito bowl with no meat this is the location to go. I have spent enough money at time at... this location and have noticed a trend in the past year that the service is getting worse & the amount of food that is given isbecoming less. When you ask for "little more meat" other then the 1/4 spoon full they are reluctant to give you come attitudewith it. At least give equal amounts to the rice and beans you provide. I had the worst experience at a Chipotle... Thanks to this location. Ordered a chicken burrito and got some rice, beans, chicken... and a tortilla in an aluminium foil. The associate could not even properly wrap it... Look how well it was wrapped... Read more
