The food has good flavor which was why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered right when they opened. I decided on the... Cowboy Burger (adding mushrooms and jalapeños for a dollar each) and a Caesar side salad. Got back to the lunch room at mywork and discovered the salad was bone dry with no dressing(thankfully my boss had a bottle of thousand island in the fridge). Imoved on to the burger and the patty was very crumbly falling apart with every bite I took and I noticed that the jalapeñoswhich I paid extra for, were no where to be found. I understand that orders can get messed up from time to time especially whenrestaurants get really busy but it looked like I was the first customer of the day with no one else there and no other pickuporders behind the bar. I pulled up their online website and called to order. The price the woman gave me over the phone was more than their online... price. I told her the price was less on their website. She refused to give me the price as listed. What kind of business is runthis way. You can?t advertise one price and then decide to charge more. Terrible business. She also was trying to charge me 99cfor ketchup. THIS IS A BURGER RESTAURANT!!!! I have to pay for ketchup on my burger??? 5 GUYS is better quality and lessexpensive. I cannot support this business. The picture shows an $18 meal which leaves one feeling gouged. Sandwich, drink, fries and a cold cup of cheese dip sauce and... quality lacked for the price. I would give 2 stars because the fountain machine was out of 75% of options and the food wasexpensive for what you get. Food was good. Not crowded when we visited on a Thursday night. The lady taking our order was nice, but she didn't speak English... well, so it was hard to understand her. Along the same lines, a man brought our food to the table and I didn't recognize themeal. I asked what it was, but he didn't speak any English at all. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Very good burgers and wings. Onion rings are outstanding. Burgers and onion rings are at least as good as Red Robin -- maybe a... bit better. On my last visit, the fries did not taste fresh. Ordering online is fairly easy, though you need to open anotherbrowser tab to lookup what all the different styles are. For instance, cowboy style or California style. You could easily addbacon or avocado or any other extra, when it is already part of the burger style you ordered. I really enjoyed the wings. To meis seems like Korean Fried Chicken. Food is amazing & love the atmosphere with all the sports playing on the TVs! The bottoms up beer system is awesome to see in... itself & I highly suggest the chicken wings!
