I understand there be short staffing but when a whole order is completely messed up and you?re only able to go thru drive thru... to pick up your food, it?s hard to check your order till your already home. Ordered online, picked up in the drive through, and my order was wrong when I got it home. Completely wrong. Inedible. Called to... fix it, automated phone said to use the email pepper, only got BOGO on my next order, which did not address my current order?took it back (7 pm on Friday) only to find them closing the restaurant and told there was nothing they would do about it?bothbowls were crushed and leaking, an absolute mess, unrecognizable. This Chipotle is absolutely terrible. It must be the same people from the Valley Square location that closed down. The food is... dry and burnt. The burrito was half the size it would have been at any other Chipotle and the bowls were not even half filled. Iwill probably not be coming back to this location. Just like I had stopped going to the one at Valley Square. Not to tie themtogether, but the Warminster location is 1,000% better. Read more
It's been quite a while since my last review. Since the pandemic, we're not out as often as before. When running Christmas... errands we decided to stop for a late lunch. I felt the need to right a review. Upon arriving the place was dead. Staff werestanding around. The manager sitting at the only clean table in the dining room. I literally made a comment about every tablebeing dirty as I stood next to him. No response though. We placed our order, didn't expect much after all it is Chipotle. Thefood was the same it is every time and at every location. I ordered a chocolate for the kids. I explained there wasn't anychocolate milk. The manager didn't speak a work but just held his hand up for me to wait. My biggest issue is the cleanlinessand the attitude of management. After ordering food I went back up to the front. The manager this time was behind the counter.He glanced at me not once, twice, but, three times and never helped me. The guy is ignorant and in the wrong line of work. Great food, except for the fact that they give you a portion size that wouldn't fill up a 5-year-old. They didn't even fill the... bowl halfway.... picture included below. NOT worth spending your money here with online ordering. Read more
