Yesterday, I went to a random Panera bread and got breakfast with a Caramel latte. The Latte came in a coffee mug. Upon tasting... it, I was able to fill the mixture of the foam with the roast of the coffee and the hint of caramel. It sure made it a wonderfulexperience. TODAY, I went to my local Panera and order the same order (Dine In). And the Latte, what once tied this beautifulexperience, was NOT on a MUG. "Supposively" it comes that way, said the employee. Well, this Late on this carbon cup is notthe same experience as the latte coming from the mug. First, I have to take the cap off to enjoy the foam. I normally don't write a review, but the management at this location needs to change. My wife and I have ordered here a number... of times since we moved to the area, and have been disappointed pretty much every single time. First, they are always out of amain ingredient for our favorite things like chicken, bacon, tomato, or avocado. There hasn't been one time where they weren'tout of something, and they can't blame supply shortage issues because other paneras in the area aren't out of these things.Next, they fill every dressing/sauce cup only a quarter full even if you ask for extra dressing, and this happened multipletimes not just once. There's also been a few times where they got the order wrong. Now whenever we want panera, we have to driveway further to go to a different one because of bad this one is. Read more
I had the chicken chipotle avocado melt. It was very good tasting but so small. I had the chicken corn chowder soup with a roll... and that was tasty as well. Food tastes good but for what you pay the portions are small. Read more
I love Panera Bread but my experience this time was not good. Both myself and my Wife ordered the take two. Both our soups... weren't very warm. The spoon they gave me wasn't clean and had hardened food on it. When I went to the service counter toexchange it, the person wasn't very pleasant. Both my self and my wife wound up with some digestive issues shortly afterconsuming our food. Read more
