The wait is always a bit long, but the food and coffee is delicious!
Very well done aesthetically and the bowls are delicious and fresh! I was amazed at how perfectly ripe the banana was, and just... extremely impressed with the overall presentation of my Nutella bowl. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because theydidn't make one of the two bowls on our ticket. I waited a while before asking, then they made it. Not sure what happened there.I would recommend this location over the new one in North Wales. Read more

Wasn?t impressed. I ordered the Nutella Coconut Bowl. It was literally soup. Like water. By the time I got to the middle the... granola was mushy and it basically tasted like oatmeal at that point. Overall, the bowls are always good and the fruit/granola is always fresh. However, I go to different ones all the time but when... I asked for extra toppings at the Valley Square location, they didn't add anything on and still charged for extra toppings. Iprefer going to the Newtown one where I actually get the extra toppings. Terrible customer service. I was picking up and order and waited 15 minutes. I asked how long it would be, as I work for... doordash and was told 5 more minutes, which is fine. The order was finally done and I said thank you and Tory rolled her eyes atme. I asked what her name was ... it was Tory. I said thanks again Tory... not sure at all why I recieved an attitude. Thensomeone at the counter asked what the issue was, and I said that I said thank you and was given an eye roll .... I?m beyondconfused as I didn?t say anything the entire time in the store. Manager Sarah, after asking what happened got cocky as well andsaid I need to leave ... as she asked me what happened? None of this makes sense. Definitely will not be back even on my owndollar.
