This place is like our real-life Cheers. Since we've been going there for decades the staff has become more like friends or... family. The lunch time special with a pizza and soup is a great deal. The manager on staff was very attentative and kind. Ourlatest discovery is happy hour half price apps every day (3 to 6? I think)and $5 deep dish pizzas on Monday nights. Read more
We came here for lunch to support Kitty Junction cat rescue and it was a great time! Our server(s) were accommodating and... attentive and engaging (we'd asked to move tables so we could look outside, and this messed up the server/table balance but theywere cool about it). I love a good deep dish pizza and Uno delivers! Great that they support local charities like this...Ijust wish they'd do the donation for everyone who dines on that day and not just folks who bring in the coupon. We went here for our wedding rehearsal dinner and everything was perfect! The food was really tasty and hot for 35 people we did... an open bar and buffet for our friends and family. John, the General Manager, was very accommodating with our needs. Jamesseemed to be overseeing the event and took care of everything! The entire staff was friendly and made the night special for us! This place is awesome! To be honest we don’t frequent chain restaurants but we dine out very often. We were visiting the... Halloween store and stopped in. Host was so friendly, waitress was wonderful, food came out fast and was delicious. The kidsmeals and ice cream are such a great value we can’t wait to come back. Today I picked up 4 lunches and very disappointed. The quality of Foods are not consistent at this Unos. Specially salad were... not fresh and no one ate and had to throw away.. And pizzas were made with too little toppings but too salty. Read more
Horrible crust. I ordered the New York Deli deep dish Pizza today along with cheesy garlic bread. The Toppings of both were... fresh and very delicious. I loved the vinaigrette that came with the pizza. However... the crust was hard and stale, as if ithad been sitting under a heat lamp since breakfast. It was brittle like a cracker and the toppings just slid right off of it.The cheese on both the pizza and the bread was delicious. Unfortunately the crust was inedible in my opinion. If not for thecrust, I would have given 4 stars. Not 5 because I paid almost $30 for a 6" pizza and a 6" cheesy garlic bread. Which is steep.I think I'll stick with Papa John's or Pizza Hut. Not bad. A different pizza experience. Crust is a bit buttery and flaky, like a biscuit. I would order the deep dish; it is... worth the wait. Beer selection is pretty good. Service is usually pretty prompt. UPDATE: Lately we've been getting takeouthere. I've done this twice since COVID. Last time I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled pick up time, so they definitely need toimprove there. Their wings are just okay. They are plain, with the sauce you select served on the side. Pizzas are always good.Not great, but a nice change from the typical suburban pizzeria. Read more
This was always one of our favorite places to eat, drink and enjoy. But last few times the food was overcooked and deep dish was... flat. Weary to give it another shot. Disappointing because we really like it at this location, so hope it improves. Read more
