Their bagels are delicious, possibly the best in the Warminster area, but man does their customer service leave a lot to be... desired. The last couple of times my wife and I have come here, our orders haven't been ready. Our most recent visit thismorning, for example, we were quoted a 10:55 pickup time and our order wasn't ready until 11:15. On top of that, they didn'teven give us everything we ordered! Wasn't til we got home that we realized several of the bagels we ordered and paid for weremissing from the order bag, since the cashier only handed us one bag instead of BOTH of the bags we needed for our order. Reallysloppy work and zero acknowledgment of how much of our time they wasted. Come on guys. Get it together. Read more
Aug 2022 was my first time here. We are already going back for pickup again. Everything done on the site. Then you just go... inside, grab your bag and leave. Food was so good. Real NY jewish bagels, at least the closest you can find outside of NYC. Hada basic breakfast bagel and everything was perfect. Enoufh for 2. Chicken salad with cashews on Foccaccia was yummy and alsoenough for 2. Somewhat handicap friendly. The is a ramp and only 1 door. They can help you enter. Just wish there was curbsideto make it easier for people like me. We'll be trying something different on our next visit, so update to come. Read more

Love this place and the awesome women who run it! They definitely have some unique and strange flavored bagels but the quality... is always spot on and delicious. Every time I visit the area I have to come here for the Lox breakfast on an everything bagel.It is served with a side of house made bagel chips that are awesome. Sometimes they can run a little salty but still very tasty.The portions are huge and you will never go away hungry. If you?re picking up bagels it can be good to know that if you gethalf a dozen bagels you get one extra for free, if you get a dozen you get two extra bagels for free. If you?re looking to breakthe traditional mold, try the Dutch apple crunch or French toast bagel. Very unique and tasty if your craving something sweet.Definitely worth a try. They hire a bunch of high schoolers that have no idea what there doing. I order food this morning went and picked it up the one... lady working there was annoyed because no one was prepping the drinks for the pick up orders. The girl on cashier didn?t care.On top of that they didn?t even get my order right and who ever makes the bagels with this much cream cheese should bere-trained. The place was so disappointing and nasty. I saw about 8+ people working this morning but it was so slow because most of them... don?t know what they are doing. Cashiers are all younger teenage girls and can?t even take the orders right. The sandwich in thepicture was 6+ dollars and it was not visually appetizing at all. It was all wet and disgusting. I this is my first and second favorite place to go for bagels......there a secret ingredient in their everything topping I... can't pin point it but I like to say it's almost like a garlic knot and a everything bagel together. So freaking delish! Ihighly recommend ???? ?? ???? Read more
