I used to work in food service and I can assure you based on the chicken sandwiches I've bought here that they don't change... grease regularly as required by law, and they cook multiple other things in same frier bc the chicken tastes like fish andeverything else. So bc they like to save money on fresh oil they make the community eat burned food and pray you don't have aseafood allergy. Poorly managed as usual. They don't care. Read more
Every aspect was trash. Food, service, cost, speed, expectations. We waited an hour for a burger, and only 4 people were in... front of us, we were 20 minutes apart from the same order! I watched my burger on the shelf get cold behind the counter beforeit was given to me. Vastly understaffed and as slow as molasses in the dead of winter in Siberia. Read more
Walked in with 3 others and were looked at by staff without anyone acknowledging us except with blank stares. Stood there for a... few minutes without anyone coming up to the counter, and again, just stares by the crew in the back. We?re not expecting 5-starservice, but to just be stared at by staff without anyone walking up to the front counter or acknowledging that someone will beright with us is bizarre? Walked out. The staff was slow to speak to us when we walked in the door around 3:30 pm. They were changing our their sign board and waited... a couple of minutes before even acknowledging us. The burgers were good. The chicken fingers were a little over cooked but stillworth eating. The peach and cream cheese pie were poor, with little taste, little filling, and not sweet. The syrup in the Dr.Pepper and Coke Zero was out in the lobby. The staff was friendly once they got finished with the sign board. Read more
Wonderful service from the staff, the best burgers in the area. If you're willing to wait a few minutes you won't be... disappointed. Unfortunately due to the low traffic and current employment climate this location is understaffed. If you canget past that you will appreciate the above fast food quality burgers and the friendly nature of those who staff the drive-thru! You will wait just as long as Jacks or McDonald's locally btw. Read more

I don't think I've ever had a better experience at a fast-food place.. Not only were the employees very kind and polite, they... were also very thoughtful. The gentleman went above and beyond his Call of Duty when asking if there was anything that weneeded thrown away to make room for our new drinks.. I've never experience that kind of consideration from a drive throughwindow. The food was cooked perfectly and we both had chicken. Breaded and grilled... And everybody knows how easy it is toscrew up chicken... This by far is a place you WILL want to stop if traveling on the 65. Read more
