Took forever to get our food and it was cold when we got it. Bathrooms were filthy. Do NOT recommend. Service was very slow.

Usually under staffed, to go orders are typically not as good as dine in. Servers are friendly, sometimes a little too... friendly...or they're not attentive enough, depending on who's scheduled. Of course food, cleanliness, service and seating arebest during slow parts of the day because they rarely have enough people working during rush times. Read more

This location was not good. And we have been to others that were great. This location had terrible food and terrible service.... The food we ordered was microwaved. I watched them do it. It was all gross. The waffle my husband ordered was slathered with somuch topping it was a cold, disgusting mess. Nobody came back to check on us so we just ate what we could and that was that. This is the best Huddle House I've been to in the surrounding area, Oneonta, Arab & Cullman. Appeared to be very clean, menus... were clean. Waitress was super friendly. Food arrived quickly, and was really good. Read more
