Went late at night after Church. Had never been to a Jack's before. Didn't have a clue what their sauce was. So, the Cashier put... some in a condiment cup and gave us each a fry to sample it with. This crew is a disgrace. Line backed up in the road. 30 min before I got my food Inside and there was only 2 people ahead of me... of course ended up being 10 people behind me. The crew moved as slow as a dead turtle and was laughing at the line outside 5people came in with wrong orders. This is a great example of terrible managment.if there was a manager on duty she should befired and staff corrected. Added copy of ticket so correct people get blamed.i hope each person in line needs to file complaintor this will not be corrected. Read more
I don?t normally leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. Rude service in the drive through. Blonde girl was visibly... not happy when I ask for some extra sauce for my 15 piece fingers, 2 sides, and 4 drinks. I drove off and realized I didn?t evenhave my sides, went back and had to go in. Over $7 for a three-piece chicken finger meal and the chicken fingers aren't even 3 in long they look like a children's meal.... How are you supposed to get full on something like that? And it sure would be nice when people hand you your food that you wouldactually get napkins and not have to use your clothes to wipe your hands off on. Read more
Check your bag before you drive off, this location often leaves things out. Their grilled chicken salad only has one chicken... finger on it. Staff isn't very welcoming. I order a big bacon meal and a big jack meal earlier this evening the big bacon had one piece of bacon on it and the Big Jack... wasn't supposed to have pickles on it and it did so I called the store and Warrior Alabama to replace it the manager was rudeand one of the employees got upset stop making my big bacon and went outside he had an attitude. The meat on both my sandwichswas burnt so sandwichs was terrible I should had my whole order replace!! Read more
