Had no pizza and Extremely rude staff.
Its 1pm on Warrior day/college gameday and they dont have a single "hot n ready" hot or ready.
Visited this store tonight (a Saturday night) around 8pm... there was one car ahead of me at the drive-thru. When it was my... turn, I Asked what they had ready and was given a list of options. I asked for a pepperoni pizza and some Italian cheese bread.What I actually received was a pepperoni and bacon pizza that was almost burnt and an order of Italian cheese bread that tastedvery moldy. Guy at the window tonight was so rude. Literally out of everything (cheese bread, crazy bread, meat pizza, etc.). In addition to... being out of most items, there was NOTHING "Hot and Ready". Isn't that the selling point of Little Ceasars? 20-30 minute waiton everything. We will never come back to this location again. Read more
I would rate it a zero if I could! I understand workers are in demand. The last 3 times we have stopped we left without a pizza.... Today is the last time we will ever return. Pull up no one in line. The boy comes to the window says hold on. We wait forever,finally he comes back to the window. We try to order 1 pepperoni pizza. His reply I just sold my last one. No hey I justsold the last one it will be so many minutes till a fresh and hot is ready !! Really Very unprofessional! Very Rude! Someoneneeds training! They want $15 an hour what a joke! Read more
Let me start by saying, I do understand most businesses are struggling right now with staffing. I placed an online order for in... store pick up. I needed to run in and run out once it was ready. Door was locked and drive thru line was out to the street.There was no sign on the door, No notification when I placed my order, no notification when I got my confirmation that I wouldneed to wait in line. I again fully understand the struggles businesses are facing. I just wish that some kind of notificationcould have been made or the option for in store pick up turned off. I also tried calling 3 times to cancel my order and get arefund. No one answered. And to make matters worse, once I picked up Lou order, it had been left on the counter not in a warmerand is cold. Ordered classic pep, extra cheese. Looks a little sloppy but it's definitely extra cheese! Crust was soft, fresh, and well... risen. Plenty of sauce. Prompt and polite service. Definitely recommend. Read more
Horrible! I?m not one to complain but when it?s 6:30 and they tell me they are out of everything for the night I can?t help... being annoyed. It would?ve helped if the staff was at least friendly, but they weren?t. Could we please get someplace better inthere?!???? Read more
