Great cheese curds, friendly drive-thru staff, fast service!
I went to the dairy queen and the speaker for drive thur wasn't working OK, so I went in instead customers standing around wait... for there and I was told they where closed. All I wanted was a twist cone, they said the machine was out of Ice cream. This islike 8pm on the money. And after they got rude with me I said when I was working for family we would taken care of the person.So when I left I saw someone going thur the drive and be helped. Quick and efficent service. Went two times in a week and everyone was friendly and nice. Orders were correct.

Do not go to this dairy queen we have been sick twice from it and we also preordered a cake and when we went to pick it up it... was not finished. We literally had a birthday party to pick it up for and when II started complaining and telling them Abouthow much they actually screw up but we still keep coming back And they did nothing to fix the problem all they did was call menames and kicked me out of the store. I am definitely calling the Better Business Bureau the Attorney General and corporate thisplace is not this is not a good place No one is trained to decorate cakes. The employees are absolutely rude and the new owneractually is too you would think Being a new owner you would try to make your customers happy. They don't deserve our service Anyof ours. Cheeseburger was cold, very dry definitely not fresh! The girl who took my money was rude snatched the money outta my hands and... the change went everywhere. No matter who owns it or under new management the food is never good. Read more
9/10 times they are very quick and very accurate with the order. To be honest i don't believe they have ever messed up my order... personally but I have heard a few stories about others, but since they have been under new management I haven't noticed anyissues. Be better if they opened up indoors to order at least. Drive thru is too easy to get backed up. Read more
We have given this place many chances because we understand the whole changing ownership and staff thing. But by now things... should have gotten better, but alas they have not. First off, ordering through the drive through is very irritating when thestaff says "anything else?" after you say anything. Not only that but everytime they say it the tone of their voice gets worse.Almost as if we are annoying them with our order. I'm sorry that I have a family of 5 and that 1 cheeseburger meal won't feedeveryone. Pretty sure your job depends on customers orders to keep your job. Then after getting to the window, staff is rudewhile taking your money. Next comes the wait....the wait time for anything is forever and a day. Once we get our food 9 timesout of 10 it is either wrong or missing items. Come on Dairy Queen, we can do better than this. It may only be a few rude "badeggs" there but it reflects as a whole upon the entire business. Read more
